Shipping Policy

At Yishenglab, we currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No shipping fee will be charged for standard delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is:

Processing Time + Transit Time = approximately 6–11 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@Yishenglab.com within 24 hours after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not ship one order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders if you need items shipped to different addresses.
